Victron Smart Battery Management System 12V

The Smart BMS CL 12/100 is a Battery Management System for Victron lithium-iron-phosphate (LiFePO4) Smart Batteries. It has been specifically designed for 12V systems with a 12V alternator. The BMS CL 12/100 monitors and protects each individual battery cell within the battery (or battery bank) and will disconnect the alternator, charge sources, or DC loads in case of low battery voltage, high battery voltage, or over temperature. The cable for Smart BMS CL 12-100 connects between a non VE.Bus BMS (Smart BMS CL 12-100 or smallBMS) and a MultiPlus (MultiPlus, MultiPlus Compact, or MultiPlus-II). The cable will turn the MultiPlus off as soon as the BMS has detected a low voltage, high voltage, or temperature alarm condition in the Victron lithium-iron-phosphate (LiFePO4) Smart Battery bank. Once the alarm condition has been cleared, the BMS will turn the MultiPlus back on.
