Temperature Sensor for Victron Battery Monitors - BMV 702/712 and Smart Shunt.
This temperature sensor enables the BMV-702's second channel to monitor battery temperature, with readings stored in the device's historical data log. It connects via a short lead that plugs directly into the circuit board on the shunt.
Please note that this sensor is specific to the BMV-702 and is not interchangeable with temperature sensors used in other Victron products. The BMV-702's second channel can be configured for either temperature monitoring or auxiliary battery voltage measurement, but not both simultaneously — the channel supports only one function at a time, selectable through the device's settings.
